Pixels To Print: Making The Most Of Quarantine
April 03, 2020
Being stuck in quarantine right now may not be the ideal
situation for most, but there can always be a bright side to a situation if you
make one!
Designers and marketing teams alike thrive off of
collaboration and the constant learning and growing that comes from working
with others. This is one of the greatest
parts of being a member of the creative world that we live in. With our temporary halt of in-person
interaction with our team members and fellow coworkers, we may start to feel
the effects of being stuck at home alone or with only a few others. However, this is not a reason to give up on
finding inspiration from others and learning new things! Let’s take a different
perspective on this time and see it instead as an opportunity to take the time
that we may not have had before to expand our skills with the online resources
that we have.
After researching some of the opportunities and offers that
are being provided for free to the public during this time, we have gathered a
list of options to learn or enhance your design skills while stuck at home:
1) New
AIGA members, at any level, receive 2 months free of Skillshare Premium, a
